Report:
I faced some problems by the similitude and the proximity
of words that appeared, but after some repetitions I could have more
concentration on those words, also the first time I tried, had problems because
wanted to read fast and that caused that mispronounce or made mistakes while
reading. Despite of that I think could do better job after some readings and
because search some words that I had pronounced badly. The words are linked to
make errors because the brain predicts a word that will to be pronounced. The
stress is commonly another factor that provokes mistakes since one word that is
mispronounced takes another sense and meaning. The activities provided in this
activity helped me because I could take into account that many words have the
same vowels but change the pronunciation according to the consonant or
consonants that it has.
These are my suggestions:
1.
Read
many times the same written.
2.
Search
for phonological activities, and strange words (those that don’t know).
3.
Read
aloud and record you (helps to check mistakes).
4.
Practice
(since “practice makes better”).
Conclusion:
This activity
really makes me reflect about in how my students face problems day by day, and
also it will help me to be more critical with my own job.
Personally I
liked this activity because paying attention to it, I can see that is like the
foundation of the language, and if I can do it, I will be better.
