INTRODUCTION
The second language teaching has to be focused in the culture of where it comes from, since when using new tongue it has to be learnt with its features.

FIRST TRANSCRIPTION
In the second language learning, exist different types of methods and approaches that can help the teaching practice, but how effective they could be?, there are many teachers that are retired with a lot of experience in the field of teaching, and they mention that there are not effective methods in the teaching practice, since the abilities and necessities of students are changing and the methodology is not enough. What students need is to be in a good environment to learn. Since to learn a new language is necessary to learn about the culture where it comes from, more than following a program based in the learning of another tongue. Byram says that knowledge, interpretation, attitude, and discovery, are components in communicative competence.
A teacher has to know what students have to learn and how his teaching practice could be effective, transmitting what students need. A success teacher is that one who creates a human environment in class.

ENCOUNTERED LANGUAGE PROBLEMS
I didn’t be so clear, although there are some sentences that are not connected; I mean that the sequence of my first transcript is not clear and effective enough. I heard insecurity in my voice.
The big problem that I faced was that I need to be more explicit, and at the moment I was talking didn’t explain well and didn’t be clear.
SECOND TRANSCRIPTION
A culture of a good teacher, In the second language learning, exist different types of methods and approaches that can help the teaching practice, but how effective they could be?, there are many teachers with a lot of experience in the field of teaching, and they mention that there are not effective methods in the teaching practice, since the abilities and necessities of students are changing and the methodology is not enough. Students learn best in good environments. A teacher has to transmit the culture of the language that is teaching because in this way learners can learn about the culture where it comes from what is more effective than to follow a syllabus. Byram says that knowledge, interpretation, attitude, and discovery, are components in communicative competence.

CONCLUSION
When a speech is directed to an audience is very important to be clear and give details to have better understanding of what the facilitator is transmitting, also I learnt that a text has to be analyzed more than once to have better understanding of it.

About the text caught my attention how a teacher with 30 years of experience in this field can say that there are not effective methods, and that he still with teaching problems. On the other hand, it is amazing to know that the environment in class affect in a positive way the students’ confidence.
